HP Omen Launch Key Visuals
HP launched their new campaign for the OMEN gaming laptop at the biggest gaming event of the year in Asia, China Joy in Shanghai. Working together with Weiden + Kennedy Shanghai, Ondrej Zunka and I created the key visuals for the campaign. They were displayed at the gaming conference, and they informed the look and feel of the interactive Gamewaves Scanner set up for the event.
The concept behind the campaign was about 'Achieving Gamefulness', based on the body of research which indicates that gamers may experience various cognitive benefits from playing games - mental stamina, enhanced memory and increased responsiveness. We were tasked with posing and giving expressions to characters to relay each key visual's storyline.
Responsiveness / There won't be any red packets you can't grab
Memory / You'll never forget your girlfriend's grandma's birthday
Creativity / You'll never be a repetitive robot in a meeting again
Focus / Your dad's nagging becomes music to the ears
Mental Stamina / 7 breakups can't stop you from going after love once again
